RETURNS: prior to return the item you MUST contact us by e-mail within the time frame (3 days or 72 hours) to request authorization and detailed instructions for a safe return. Returns without authorization will be refused. Transaction processing fee and shipping & insurance fee will be deducted to all returned orders for refund unless items will be returned for defects in materials and workmanship or if an error occurs on our part in shipping your order. All items must be in their original condition and a copy of the sales receipt must be included. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue the refund in the same way of your original payment. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returned items back to us.

THREE DAY RETURN POLICY: due to the uniqueness of our emerald jewelry, we do not offer extended return policy (30-90 days) like other jewelry companies. We do not resell items previously enjoyed. Once your order has been delivered and you have signed for it, you have three days to inspect the item (s) to make sure it is as described. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES will not have restocking fee or shipping deductions. Items that show signs of wear or those that have been altered in any way cannot be returned. Special orders and customized items are final sale, there is not exchange or refund.
EMERALDS & JEWELRY CORP offers FREE shipping in USA (any of the 50 states). All orders with confirmed address are shipped 24 hours after payment clearance via USPS Priority mail (delivery within 2-3 business days). Orders with unconfirmed shipping address or inaccurate information will take longer. Florida residents: a rate of 6.0 % sales tax will be added to the item's value . All items marked as sold are replaced for similar or new styles, thus prices and descriptions have variation depending on the gold market conditions and quality of the stones. We reserve the right to correct any typing error on displayed items. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: all parcels are subject to customs examination, you would be responsible for paying any duty or tax at the time of delivery.
